Shane Brophy

Shane has focused on the healthcare services industry for more than 25 years.  Shane specializes in strategic and business planning, financial planning, business advisory, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic affiliations & partnerships, and project execution leadership.  He has led the strategic and financial planning, negotiation, and execution of notable unique and innovative transactions within the industry.  Shane not only provides strategic and financial planning, but also successfully leads the execution and implementation of key strategies, plans, large-scale projects, and transactions.

Shane also provides interim executive management.  He has served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and as a Chief Strategy Officer for one of the top ten largest children’s hospitals in the nation.  Shane has also served as an Interim Chief of Philanthropy Operations for a National Cancer Institute designated comprehensive cancer center ranked as among the nation’s ”Best Hospitals” in cancer by US News & World Report.  Shane has served in both executive and advisory roles that contributed to the highest fundraising achievement within the organization’s 100+ year history. 

Prior to joining Three-Sixty Advisory Group, Shane founded an independent consulting practice in 2003 to provide a spectrum of high value-added services that ranged from developing a strategic vision and plan from its initial idea and inception all the way through to successful execution.

Shane also served as a Vice President of Finance for publicly traded technology company that designed and developed innovative data and communication security solutions for both corporate and government institutions including the DoD and NSA.  Shane was recruited by the CEO to lead a turnaround effort.  Shane immediately initiated and developed a turnaround plan and then led the execution of a successful turnaround within nine months that ultimately positioned the company for a capital raise and subsequent acquisition.

Shane is an alum of EY where he served as a consulting manager within the National Healthcare Strategy and Business Transformation practice.

Shane is a CPA and holds a BS degree from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
